ray.koushik 0 Posted June 5, 2009 very funny. the light above the door on the right is too bright imho...a bit of a distraction. very nice composition otherwise. compliments -koushik Link to comment

jill_rocker 1 Posted June 5, 2009 This is a very original street shot... Looks like it belongs to a movie about giants and little people.. I like how you have captured this and the man that stand in front talking on the phone adds much to this shot.... Fantastic street shot with great black and white tones... Great work and thnaks for sharing this... All my best, Jill Link to comment
bevip 0 Posted June 5, 2009 Grande scatto. Great shot. - Really surreal - Lights and contrasts checked so masterly recital picture at night. the genius in this image is evident in the strong contrast of the subjects they are transformed into two anthropomorphic robot who continue their missions insensitive to the environment around them. Again, wonderful reversal of reality what is normal becomes unreal and its opposite. Link to comment

joio 0 Posted June 6, 2009 Que gran ... Foto ! :). La nitidez, el contraste y el virado son de nota alta. Al nivel de todas tus fotos de calle. Me gusta un montón, El. Link to comment
vicenteconcha 8 Posted June 6, 2009 Ante esto hay que seguir ña publicidad, jugar y descubrir porque. Me gusta mucho el contraste de la indiferencia ante la irrealidad. Me parece raro pero no te he podido encontrar. De todas formas mi enhorabuena y que pases un excelente fin de semana. Vicente. Link to comment

myattphotoandfotoart39 1 Posted June 7, 2009 Hi; was this shot at evening or night? Wide open lens; supported etc.? Seems to me a difficult shot to make. Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted June 7, 2009 Thank you for coming by. I greatly appreciate. Enjoy your week-end, regards, El To Meir:..............Yes indeed, this is taken around midnight, 50mm f2 - 1/60 sec, handheld no flash. Candid street photography at night is always a bit tricky but that's the challenge - for me at least;) Thank you for your interest. Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted June 7, 2009 Lokks a bit lonely and perilous up there, though, so be careful what you wish for.... Link to comment
jkilgo 0 Posted June 8, 2009 Hi El, What I like most about this is that the people seem totally oblivious to the massive office chair...very quirky and original. Wonderful tones and textures...I'm curious to know if this was taken at night or during the day?? Regards. Jeff. By the way, thanks for stopping by recently and for your kind words regarding my "Livee in Tones" portrait....she is my youngest and still a willing portrait model each time Dad gets out the camera...hope this last. :-) Link to comment
