Taking another look, for what little I know maybe there is too much sky. If you tilted the camera more downward and cropped out the sky to just about the cloud on the right and then have more buildings in the forground at the bottom...just a thought. course I don't know what is down there that maybe you did not want to show.

I agree with Meir regarding the sky, however, if it had been a more dramatic skyline then it would be fine I think.

 

All in all a very eye catching shot with great contrast

I know, more clouds would have been better, but less sky lose the hill impression... (in my opinion, of course)

Nice city scape in the FG. Good color and sharp. Castle in the BG and looks good. I agree with Meir Samel that there is too bright and too much sky. Crop to the upper border of the clouds enhances the picture. Lisbon looks an interesting city. Thanks for sharing.
