Echinacea (commonly Cone Flower)

One of the most interesting flower folders I have had the pleasure of viewing. Your eye for composition, and your excellent exposure has produced many fine 'portraits'. Some of them have been so carefully composed with your chosen distance and framing that they have made wonderful abstracts ('thinking sunflower' for eg) and others have been shot so they include more environment (as here). I really have enjoyed my visit. Well done & thanks!

ps I have to agree with the above post about the frame. In fact I would like to see all your flower shots more simply presented (a thin black line as a border). The thicker coloured and textured frames do detract from your wonderful subjects.
