axelg 3 Posted May 25, 2009 Hi Sally, yes a little, this is slightly off the beaten path on the rim trail, close to one of the main view points (Bryce Point if my memory is good) Link to comment
kentb2 0 Posted May 28, 2009 Hi Axel, Nice to see your recent uploads and to know you visited Utah again. I hope you had a good time. We down in that neck of the woods too over the last couple of weeks. Bryce is pretty special. If you ever get the chance its a great place to tour by cross country ski in the winter. The white snow on top the red is memorable. Happy travels and thanks for the note. Link to comment
axelg 3 Posted May 28, 2009 Kent, thanks for visiting and leaving a comment. My second visit to Utah was great and Bryce Canyon NP definitely exceeded my expectations. I have seen pictures of Bryce in winter and do think as well it's worth a visit at that time of the year. Any recommendation as to when is the best winter month to visit? Probably late winter in March when hoodoos are still capped with snow and roads are reopened to traffic? Link to comment
kentb2 0 Posted May 29, 2009 Exactly. March is good. You should stay at Ruby Inn right there too. Link to comment
