Hair getting too long...?

A pretty young lady, sitting and looking at ??? Her pose is interesting, the lighting is even, the exposure is good. But why did you use a horizontal format? A vertical would have fit her much better. You cut off the top of her head - for no good reason at all. You have negative empty space to the picture right - both of these would be solved with a vertical (portrait) format. The only reason for this kind of crop would be for TV use. Think of a fashion magazine layout - vertical!
