I like the lighting here. Crop the right side a little. Maybe a little more light on her stomach. To show her pregnancy. Pretty lady. Very nice.

Original and great idea.  Nice lighting,  But I wasn't sure what I was seeing, a second later it hit me and corraborated after reading the other comment.  I agree with James;  needs emphasis on her belly .  That's what threw me off for a second.
