You're getting hammered by ratings which are not deserving of this image, I feel. Yes, it has been done before, but I like the addition of the heart shaped pill - it adds a bit of comic relief to a somber scene. Beautiful depth of field and light use.

This image creates intrigue and with intrigue comes a profound intrest. I find myself really get caught up in thoughts that surround this image. Who? Why? What?... Very interesting image indeed.

I enjoyed the smile that came over my face after seeing this; I have a love for pictures with an interesting topic and I think you were successful in doing that.  I find the hand and the actual pills as the subject is a bit boring.  I would liked to have seen either more specific pills, or maybe different colors of the whole piece.
