Guest Guest Posted March 1, 2001 I dont often lay into shots but this is just Naff Photography today is divided to photographers who shoot for feel and social comment. Others are technical. There is no feel to ths shot you killed it by bad lighting. In future be wary of single un diffused lights, if you cant use more than one and have nothing else use tracing paper or grease proof, this will difuse your lighting and you wont get such hard shadows on the face. Wich is your prob here. Or model your lighting light the hair, the face then fill out any shadows with another light or a white bit of card or kitchen foil. people say there are no rules to studio photography, but thats crap Link to comment
