The uniforms are so colorful which really adds impact for the viewer. You demonstrated the concentration required for aiming the rifle. Some might fault cropping off the muzzle of the rifle, but the point is really the shooter's expression and not the gun.

This was it. I had a crew on for this event, and I had the 400 prime, another shooter had the 70-200, so this is the framing as shot. We did not have much mobility from our assigned location, as you might imagine in and around a rifle range. And so you have to take what you can get—in this case face or rifle snout. I went for face, of course.
