whydangle 0 Posted May 13, 2009 I've seen this viewpoint countless times captured with a straightforward pointing of a camera equipped with an extreme wide angle lens. You, however, chose to stray completely from the norm. I can't honestly say this is the most effective composition, but I feel confident it is the most unique and visionary approach to this over photographed location that I have seen. Another interesting component. I am almost certain I see a Gecko or Gila (or whatever you call it) on the protruding sandstone. Perhaps I am reading into the scene because the Larger preview might not be large enough to be sure. Anyway, I like your "take" on this over photographed icon. Well done! Link to comment
davidschindlerphotography 0 Posted May 13, 2009 Thanks to all that commented...Mark-Good eye spotting the lizard. It was just an Alligator lizard. It popped into the frame just as I was about to click the shutter.I think if it was a Gila Monster I would have fallen over the edge. Link to comment
