yasumasa_yanagisawa 0 Posted April 27, 2009 Labradors were brothers & sisters, met on their 3 years old birthday. It was very hard to catch them together by one shot as they did't pay any attention to the camera. Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted April 29, 2009 A fine group photo which, because of the soft flat lighting, should enlarge very well with details both in the dark dogs and in the highlights. I'm no expert but I think you did well to get all the people looking at the camera even if some of the dogs failed to do so. Perhaps, just before the moment of exposure, if you had produced a cat from behind you, the inattention problems of some of the dogs would have been solved. :-) Then again, you might have had an impromptu version of a fox hunt on your hands. Best, LM. Link to comment
yasumasa_yanagisawa 0 Posted May 2, 2009 Haha! They were Father + 6 children + 1 Labradors and two smalls. I gave them whisle and that was the only chance. I took another one by 4x5, in which I could get better atmothphere of people and waves, boats in the background, better as a photograph, but dogs were looking the other side. Very interesting and thrilling trial. Thank you, Len, WJ. Link to comment
