pleasing effect but i wish i could have seen it larger...

Very interesting, it looks like a 19th century painting mainly for its colors, light and subject , with the technique off course , I do agree that we wish to see it larger ,

Can you tell how this effect has been achieved?

 

Nada - thanks for your kind comments. The effect was obtained by using some of the filters of MS Digital software and then pasting the image onto a PowerPoint background with color accented borders to compliment the image. This was originally a 35mm shot which I had digitized and then applied the post work mentioned. By the way, I love your Dubai shots. Over the past 5 years, I spent a large amount of time in Dubai and your shots are very dynamic and impressive. Show us more! Jeff
