I like the concept of the photo, though I would choose more friendly caption. The photo has all the good components, but somehow it looks tonally flat..or contrast-wise flat. Cheers, Micheal

I like the lighting and the tone -- just right for this pensive moment. Suggest a wee bit of cropping at the top, to just above the horizontal cross-bar of the utility pole... nice work. If you're looking for alternative titles: Leaving

I like the sepia better , because it makes it look like an old photo . Why does everyone have a problem with the title . When you were little didn't you tell your parents that you were going to run away .I appreciate all of the comments , well taken . If I changed the title it would be "The Long Walk "

about horizon , I live in Pittsburgh there are no straight horizons . the tracks are that crooked and so is the landscape
