Impressively ice-bound landscape here. I like juxtaposition of the mountains in shadow and the expanse of ice and snow brightly lit by the sun.

A really nice composition with great details throughout in spite of the brightness range. I especially like the way the foreground elements echo the shapes of the distant mountains. Seems a natural for B&W. Some details for the gear head in most of us would be appreciated. Best, LM
