Boy in Havana

Any suggestions/critiques are welcome.

Is it my monitor, or is the photo printed so dark there is no detail? But for that slight error, it might be a really interesting picture. Too bad we'll never know. Light is all we have to work with. It is cheap, use enough.

Sadly,I am new to this & have a cheap scanner & just got PS but don't know how to use it.The print really isn't this dark but when I "brightened" it on PS it lost all detail.I am trying to learn more.Thanks for the comment.

Technicalities aside, this makes another (potentially) strong photograph. Is he some sort of child labourer related to the vehicle behind him? Again, if the content doesn't speak to me, I'd not ask questions like this. A picture which evokes curiousity (not about 'how did you do this light streak- wow, nice etc') is a good picture.
