I am not a big fan of pregnant girl portraits, but this is quite well done and she is a beautiful girl. It is very sharp with good skin tones. Great catch lights and composition. Your lighting is almost Rembrandt style and very flattering. She has a very nice expression. Great make-up. Nice burning-in of the edges.

I wish you would have given her a little more headroom and that you didn't cut off her fingers at the bottom. A backlight would have been nice for her hair and to add more separation from the background. Your depth of field is a little narrow (better if her right arm was in focus) - I would have softened her skin (especially her hands) and eliminated the blue veins (especially on her stomach and chest).
