Elgol beach and the Cuillin flush pink in the setting sun on a day that included winter blizzards, brilliant sunshine and moody skies. Every hour a different shot resulted but this is close to my favourite.NEW!! Photographc workshops and masterclasses at TRANSIENT LIGHT.

The soft warm colors on the sinking rock on the right side of the photograph is beautiful. It has a very deciding effect on the outcome of the photo, in my opinion. The colors over the water are reflected beautifully as well. Was it windy at that time?

Idyllic and so very well done.... I find the round rock in the foreground to be an attention grabber (wondering how it got there) and diametrically opposed to the rest of the sharp and rough elements. Excellent... Mike
