kezia 0 Posted December 9, 2002 Interesting how the upside down orientation teases the mind with the leaves seeming to drift down from the sky. The effect would be even stronger if the reflection were clearer, but I think it is still a strong image, almost as if the in-focus leaves are superimposed on top of an out-of-focus image of the trees. ilia 0 Posted December 9, 2002 If you liked this image I would appreciate your comments on the rest of the photos in my Scenics folder. If you are not too much into the landscapes of mine :), you may like my href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder? folder_id=179399&ratings=false">"Portraits of family and friends" better. niranjn 0 Posted December 9, 2002 Whoa. The "leaves falling" effect is very nice. Excellent idea. Even the diffuse sun adds to the illusion. More DOF would have helped make this effect even more real, I think. -Niranjan. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted December 10, 2002 I love this! I had to look twice to figure out what I was really looking at. Nice work! Link to comment
marshall 0 Posted December 11, 2002 Great range of tones and unique perspective. I must admit, though, that this one gives me a bit of vertigo, feeling like I'm looking at it upside-down. I suspect we do see this one upside-down in a way, and here it's a little challenging, like my mind is trying to turn it over rather than just read the reflection first. Link to comment
