hayward 0 Posted December 7, 2002 Great perspective and the people have an automaton robotic rigidity. Link to comment
m._ort 0 Posted December 9, 2002 This is well captured. Perfect choice of focal length. People are nicely placed within a carefully chosen composition. No doubt almost all visitors to the Vatican Museum take similar shots at the end of their visit, but few turn out this well. Kind regards, m. Link to comment
reillyphotography 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Nice depth and form. I find so many people distracting, especially the two looking up. I think if you are able re-shoot it wait for less and more interesting figures. If not, break out the photoshop clone tool and start deleting some of the people. Personally, I'd get rid of them all except for the couple holding hands (blue hat and yellow shirt)on the right or the women below them with the bag. Link to comment
flaviu_dinca 0 Posted December 30, 2002 Thank you all for your comments. I find Daniel's suggestion extremely interesting. It is very difficult, however, to find this staircase any emptier. I had to wait for quite a while to "get rid" of people in the foreground. Link to comment
barmijo 0 Posted February 19, 2003 This is a great shot, but the bottom half seems a bit overexposed. That can be fixed in PS. I think the comment about too many people is valid and patience or the clone tool could help. The other way is to break out the neutral density filters and the tripod for a long exposure. Very attractive. Link to comment
