Sorry, I gave you a low rating, but to be fair I should explain. Your photo may show some lines of movement, but overall, there is no clear main subject, the light is very flat, and the colours are quite dull because of the light. What might have worked better is this photo taken at dusk or dawn, with all the street lights on and buildings illuminated, and enough light in the sky let that stand out. Thanks for sharing, though.
