rick vincent 1 Posted December 3, 2002 Had to look at this one in its largest format which I suggest also to anyone else. Much better viewing large. Link to comment
Timo Hartikainen 556 Posted December 4, 2002 That thing in the foreground distracts a little bit, but maybe it's better to have something in the foreground too. Overall it's a very beautiful..the sky especially. Link to comment
Coho 2 Posted December 4, 2002 Really nice image. It appears as if you used a yellow filter. I am still trying to figure out how to do this in PS. Any hints? Link to comment
sants 0 Posted December 4, 2002 It is a Infra Red picture taken with IR filter, stiched from 4 shots, each 5 megapixel, thats for sharp details and wide angle. Link to comment
tom lavin 0 Posted December 5, 2002 Superbly seen and beautifully rendered. How large of a print can you make from your stitched file? This is a print I could look at for a long time without getting tired of it. Nice job! Link to comment
httpwww.cynthia pegolo. 0 Posted December 5, 2002 nice,I see that you write that this is an IR photo , and you are working with a digital camera , does your camera have an IR option? or do you work the photo on PShop? thanx Link to comment
sants 0 Posted December 5, 2002 Digital camera Sony 717/707 has IR option wich is limited to open apperature 2.0-2.4. So there is hard to get wide DOF. Helps, that digital camera has bigger DOF than 35 mm SLR. I use B+W 093 filter combined with ND4(to decrease light coming in to open lens)for stiching I use Panorama Tools.I have printed it with Epson 2100 on semigloss paper 30x45 cm size it can bee bigger. Everything depends how small smooth details you like. Link to comment
