t37traveler 0 Posted April 9, 2009 Gail- A little different and very effective....and totally feminine. This would make a beautiful greeting card - just substitute "Happy Birthday" or "Thinking of You..." or "Happy Mother's Day" for Rose of Sharon and voila! The framing is so delicate, and while very intricate, you have kept it from becoming overpowering or distracting. Its laciness is a beautiful complement to and contrast with the solid mass of the flower. The lighting is delightful - like spring sunshine - and the simple, restrained color palette really allows the viewer to enjoy all the details without being overwhelmed by too much visual stimulation. "Sorry" - but, as excellent work I must rate this accordingly - and I'm adding it to my faves album! Link to comment

These blossoms are so beautiful....I can hardly wait until they open in the summer. Enjoy this Easter weekend and it's many blessings to be found with your family and friends.
