cabana reflection

Like this~! One of my favorite things to shoot... Love the distortion and the color. Only wish more of the structure in the bottom of the frame showed and that the side of the house/church or whatever it is wasn't in shadow so we could see more detail. Still -- it is a really fun/interesting shot.

Beautiful reflection and good representation of color. I really love how you captured the pastels so clearly and the setting/rising (dunno) Sun from the right (eg: good composition ;) ).

Interesting shot. Seems to be too much on the dark side though. A little muddy in the shadows. I think you would agree. This is one of those captured moments that we sometimes get, but wish maybe it was a little stronger aesthetically.

Thanks, all. The original slide looks awful because the blue cast from the side of the swimming pool also kills contrast. Levels helped a lot. The bottom is a bit busy and begs for more, but it only gets busier, as I recall, and made the problem worse. No clean base here. The shadow detail is OK on my file. I've got to figure out why my uploads seem to be more adversly affected than some others. I posted a forum thread a couple weeks ago and got no responses.
