Thanks everyone, I appreciate the feedback and support. Other than the motion blur manipulation of the water, every other aspect of this image has remained "as is" except for some exposure and sharpening in post processing. The motion of the Ferris wheel during capture is a natural result of slow shutter speed.

thanks everyone for your support and comments. Actually Ben I didn't. Using an aperture priority setting about f/13, the slow shutter speed (14sec) was fine and required little work in p/p. Some exposure adjustments were made to enhance the shadows.
