bdthomas 0 Posted November 30, 2002 I really appreciate all of the comments on my other skate photos. I really think that they are helping me improve. Importantly, this skater is not in the middle and I have captures his facial expression. What else could make this photo better? I realize that he left side of the frame is a bit distracting, but if I moved any more I would nearly be putting my life at risk falling 15ft into a bowl of concrete. Link to comment
henrik_rundgren1 0 Posted December 1, 2002 Considering the lighting and the placing of yourself this is a well timed and well exposed shot - you caught the rider very well in what seems to be a "tight spot"... It would fit in well in any Skater's Mag I am sure and it is good that you didn't crop it tighter at the bottom - this shows the actual height and adds to the scene. The picture is slightly askew but considering how fast and fleeting the moment must have been I still like it. Cheers, Henrik Link to comment
