joe-tury 0 Posted April 2, 2009 My friend Matt at school jumping. He was teaching me how to use the strobe. It was my first experience with studio lighting! Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted April 11, 2009 Your studio light works to give the all white bg that compliment the action. Link to comment

rogerleekam 0 Posted April 11, 2009 The only weakness here is a little blurring below the knees. I think that movement should be either overt or completely frozen, otherwise it suggests an exposure error. I like his facial expression very much. Link to comment

amalsircar 2 Posted April 13, 2009 Joseph, you have already mastered strobe-lighting. Very good exposure and light. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 23, 2009 I find the lighting very easy on the eyes. The thing that bothers me here is the outlining along his arms. Not sure when that occurred. Is it due to lighting in combination with digital camera or is it something that happened in post processing? I've lately been working with some intentional and exaggerated outlining, but this doesn't seem intentional to me. Did you isolate him from a background in post? Link to comment
joe-tury 0 Posted April 23, 2009 Outline.....used curves to brighten bg. i didnt really notice the outline till you mentioned it. You must have a good monitor! Lighting was one strobe with an umbrella. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 8, 2009 Shows such a lovely form of action. The white background brings the action and the perfect form to the viewer. Very nice! Link to comment
