Alex 0 Posted April 2, 2009 Thanks for looking. I appreciate any comment, thoughts and or ratings. Larger it looks a lot better (I think) Regards, Alex Link to comment
steveshinn 0 Posted April 3, 2009 I like the colors combined with your use of dof. Nicely done! Link to comment
LenMarriott 9 Posted April 8, 2009 'Larger' is definitely better. All the fine details of the in-focus parts can be more appreciated then. Those parts are nicely framed by the red petals and your own elegant PS efforts. Gotta love the near symmetry here; no distracting elements. Would make a beautiful print; the larger the more impressive. Best, LM. Link to comment
gbgrubb 0 Posted April 10, 2009 Alex, this is really a cool image. There is so much to see that our eyes never see in daily life. Everyone is always too busy. Slowing down with a camera between our eyes and a subject help each of us to realize that we normally move way too fast through life. And so the old saying..."take time to smell the flowers". I just bought a macro lens this week. It will assist me in diversifying my portfolio into a completely new area. I can hardly wait to get out in the woods with it. Regards, Gary in Salt Lake City.
