It had been misty all day but the sun still managed to filter through revealing a hazy Castle Stalker surrealistically floating on a golden mirror. It was quite enchanting but I had come to the conclusion it could only get better. As the tide receded I was able to wade out in wellington boots to get a classic and uncluttered reflection. It was probably my best shot of the day and it certainly seems to capture the atmosphere of the moment.NEW!! Photographic workshops and masterclasses at TRANSIENT LIGHT.

A golden mist lowered itself over Castle Stalker, Loch Appin, Scotland

and provided me with a wonderfully atmospheric scene which I happily

photographed to convey as much of that gorgeous atmosphere that I

could muster from it.
