Whenever I see a portrait like this, I prefer that BOTH eyes be in sharp focus. If only the far eyelash is visible, it should be sharp as well. (Probably too much Monte Zucker training?;-)

 

Her hands just don't appear as "youthful" as her face. They almost appear "manly." (Not photographic critque, unless you see it in relation to their closeness to the camera.)
