deans 0 Posted March 14, 2009 Clayton, I think you got a great thing going here. I would pump up your pinks in the sky, creek, and mountain. The mountain is a little soft so I would do a little selective sharpening. I think I would also crop the right side just slightly and the bottom just above the grass in the corner. That will keep your leading lines more in the center of the photo. I think that is a moon reflecting in the creek? Whatever it is I would take it out. This is a great photo, just needs a little punch. Keep up the good work! Dean Link to comment
enlightened-images 0 Posted March 15, 2009 Love the leading line & the BG Mountain, but the grass in the LRC needs to go. Agree also with the moon reflection. If the moon was in the shot, I'd say keep it. Otherwise it's pretty distracting. Link to comment
milena_safrova 0 Posted March 15, 2009 I like very much this composition with the stream leading through the picture. I would agree with Dean as to clonning out the reflection. Very nice winter view Link to comment
forrest_andrew 0 Posted March 17, 2009 i agree with a few things: the subtle editting suggestions mentioned already, and the fact this is a great winter scene! i do have one more suggestion to add. there is an unnatural dark area on the snow below the left edge of mt. rundle that needs to be fixed. maybe an errant paintbrush stroke in PS?? again, great shot!!
