Thanks Sky and Michael! Michael, I haven't seen any other frogs in Texas, but I'm guessing this one is probably a small one...he was only about the size of a small salad plate:~)

I'll keep my eyes peeled. I used to frequent those kinds of frog ponds but I haven't been to one in a spell. I guess I'll have to use a skillet for reference... er, dinnerplate. (wait, that didn't sound any better did it?) ~Sky

I must agree. Without any further cues, I can imagine this guy being "hippo" sized. Watch out for that tongue! :)

Oh my... If i ever see frog so huge like this seems to be, im sure i will screem and so loud that even you can hear it. LOL :)
