musicians Guitarist

Probably 1/30s or 1/15s on HP5 pushed to 1600 or 3200. Very tricky lighting in there - generally horribly dark, but musicians tend to have their own small lamps to illuminate song lists etc., which is what the bright light to the right is. I think the lighting and mood in there is very atmospheric, but I'm struggling to capture it even at EI3200 - any suggestions?
