I appreciate your taking time to leave me a comment. I dreamed of doing nighttime photography but never tried it until I went digital. A place like this looks much different in the darkness. Only a time exposure can bring it to life. I guess it is a little spooky, though.

Wow, this is very dreamy for sure. I love the twinkle lights of the town on the horizon and the stars are a added bonus here for sure. Your tones are pleasing and fitting to the whole composition. Very nice Take care 7/7a

Cool shot Kurt! Love the cloud trails you caught. Very nicely done.

All the best,

Neil

The low perspective and the contrast of the foreground with that cloud are wonderful -- just a great photo. Peaceful yet dynamic at the same time.

Love it.  The area around the rocks is interesting, but the sky, that's what makes it for me.

Not easy to take such a landscape shot which is both very esthetical and creative (providing high originality). Because there are numerous photos of such quality already out there. But striving for that again and again is a bit devotion and also fun... ;-) Here, I think, both aspects/aims are actually achieved and combined very beautifully as well. Great. In the background, is this Sand City or Monterey?
