laurent-paul 1 Posted March 9, 2009 Both "devotion" portraits are wonderfull, and really have to be seen together, as they are showing two very different moods and dynamics as two movements in a same musical composition. Perhaps ( but just a very personal idea, and not sure it would work ), as you already cropped the hand on top and part of the head on the left, you could crop even more the left part in order to completely remove the background between the shoulder and the head. ( it may reinforce the difference between the two shots, but may not be as intersting on this single photo ). Anyway, these are beautifull portraits as they are. Link to comment
dara 0 Posted March 9, 2009 Very nice shot with dynamism, and very good black and white, nice lighting perhaps a little more of left hand fingers.... :-) regards Link to comment
Link to comment
norway 0 Posted March 9, 2009 El. De nuevo en esta fantastica casa, donde se disfruta con trabajos tan excelentes como el que hoy nos muestras, con una buenisima composicion, y gran dominio de las luces altas y bajas. Un abrazo, Joaquin. Max. Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted March 9, 2009 A big thank you very much to all of you for your positive response to version 2 of my ‘candid stage portrait’ proposal. I appreciate that you took the time to evaluate. Thank you very much indeed. With best regards, El To Laurent- Paul Robert:………………………..Thank you very much for your improvement proposal which I read with much interest. Indeed, there are some alternative possibilities worthwhile to try and surely I will make use of your suggestions. Thanks again for your very well considered ‘second opinion’.
