I can't tell you the number times I come across a girl wearing heels with bows, a net body stocking, sitting on a chair with her legs spread apart. If I had a dollar....

Good composition, focus, skin tone and exposure (no pun intended). Pretty girl, nice shape (I don't think I would have shown her to be a little "one-sided"). Good hand placement (better if her right hand was moved around the side of her knee a bit more like her left hand). I like her expression - even if I can't see her eyes. You could have burned-in the left arm of the chair a bit. Good photo.
