I pondered the "how" -- and even "why?" -- of this for a while, but then decided to just, well, not! Instead, I decided to zero in on the concept ... and like it. Definitely found it interesting. Good for you for going after it and putting it out there.

Joe - thanks for visiting and commenting. I have been experimenting with different effects for my wedding clients. I getting a sense, based on my limited experience, is that they are looking for something different to the traditional photo album with mostly 'straight' color images. My last client wanted a variety of images in different styles and they are quite welcoming of a high quality Photo Book. One one page with 4 images, they encouraged a sketch type like the one here, a sepia, a black and white with color on the bouquet of flowers and one regular color image. I suppose that is the power of digital photography and relative ease of post processing. Of course it had to tell the story of that day and the photos had to be in the correct sequence.
