A lovely portrait Constantin with excellent composition, posing and detailing. On my screen it appears a little ‘flat’ though and the colour balance might be a little off (green shift ?). Overall, a wonderful well constructed image.

Cheers,

Mike

Everyone has their style and editing preferences however I wonder if you are working with calibrated monitor? This is a lovely image and composition but on my monitor it is really underexposed and is dark and flat. At the risk of offending you I took the liberty of doing a quick retouch closer to what I would like to see. What do you think? I will remove my version if I have overstepped my bounds.Jeff

It's ok, I like your "touch".

Indeed I'm using an uncalibrated laptop right now and the PS oldish looking effect that was used for the photo it affects the exposure and the green channel. Thanks for comment and sugestions. :)

A very pretty bride, nicely posed. But her face is way too dark! The hair is losing texture in the shadows. You needed some light on it from a reflector or a fill flash. Since you did not do that it needs very expert post processing work to make the face acceptably light.

I know, but this version of the photo was not the final cut. The original was much lighter and w/o the PS alterations. Thanks for C&C :)
