Pretty girl - Her eyes are in sharp focus - Nice reflection (catch lights) in her eyes - Pretty good skin tone - Background is nicely out of focus - Good expression.

Her eye make-up is quite well done, but she needs to be more careful putting mascara on her bottom lashes (they should be better separated) - She needs lipstick and blush - With her hands being an important part of this picture, she should have done her nails (If they are in the picture they should be done, anyway) - You have such a narrow depth of field that everything except her eyes is out of focus - I think you have cropped too much into her head - Her hair is so dark that there is no detail in it - The tip of her nose is red (you need to make that color consistent with the tones of her face) - You need to move her over to her right (the "rule" of thumb is to place the tip of the nose in the vertical center of the photograph) - Her hand is nearer the camera than her face (This will make her hand appear larger than it is - You could pose her hand on the same plane as her face or back up and include more of her in the picture - or both) - If you would turn her hand a bit and show less of her palm, her hand would look a little slimmer, graceful and feminine - I would not put her in a red blouse (red always draws the viewer's attention away from the face.

There is just too much out of focus and you are too close.
