This one is much better. good light, balance, and subtle but supportive background.

This one would be good for the lighting but the background is disturbing and messy, too many things.Anna

You can darken cold blue background with burn tool for highlits and get this nice picture much better.

 

I agree with others regarding background. Great exposure otherwise. Given the title of this work, I would like to see both champagne flutes in frame and focus. Thanks for sharing.

I was going for a bit of a "busy" shot and also caught this spur-of-the-moment at the winery. To me the lighting was nicely balanced.
