Nice lighting to give character to his face. You have lost the highlight in his left eye which makes it appear a bit dead. This gives him the look of a boss about to fire an employee, which may or may not be your intention. It made me think of the caption "Jones we have found that your books are out of balance and $100,000 is missing."

Artifacts above his shoulders look like those resulting from oversharpening and should be dealt with. They look like halos of white paralleling his jacket line.

I understand your wanting to put your logo on the image but I feel this one distracts. It looks sloped (entirely out of character with the portrait) and can not be read where it crosses his hands)
