life-in-perspective 0 Posted March 2, 2009 You have succeeded in making a very personal moment a very good subject of photography. Best regards. Link to comment
pfranklin 0 Posted March 2, 2009 My daughter and her boyfriend of 4 years and yes I like him! They did not know that I had turned the camera on them, this is how they always look at eachother. I appreciate all comments on what you do or do not like about this moment. Thank you for your time. Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted March 2, 2009 Incredible that this was not posed so kudos that you caught a wonderful moment - the image exudes love and warmth - 4 years -h-m-m-m! Perhaps this summer! (*_*). And by the way the softening is totally appropriate and aesthetically pleasing. I would have gone the extra mile and 'softened' the green and yellow portions around their head but this is really a very minor artistic consideration. Best regards and thanks for your recent comments. Link to comment
cjtj50 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I too like the unposed and the happiness and Love that they both have for each other written on there faces. Very nice P processing work also. Fitting. Take care Link to comment
pfranklin 0 Posted March 2, 2009 Sonali, Thank you for your comment, I appreciate your kind words. Tony, Thank you for the comment, I love this photo, they are so cute together and have really stuck out the not so good times! I am proud of both of them and yes I keep thinking that they will tell me they have news too! They do not and have not lived together and both need to finish school. I did try to soften the top of this and it seemed to take from the image, how would I have accomplished this without losing quality? As always I appreciate your advice! Cynthia, Thank you for the kind words; it is always a real pleasure to hear from you! Warm regards, Pamela Link to comment
drorbaldinger 0 Posted March 2, 2009 there is nothing "not to like about this moment", to the contrary and now i can also connect your words with an image. all the best, dror. Link to comment

dandem 1 Posted March 3, 2009 Such a well captured, relaxing and natural moment, Pam. Nothing like being young and in love....awesome work. Well done. Regards, Lawrence. Link to comment
miguel_valvano 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Pamela, the theme of two people in love has been photographed to death. Yet this one is very nice for two reasons. First, you captured their smiles so nicely and second the fog around focus the eyes on these two birds. Artistically beautiful. Best regards Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted March 3, 2009 Not sure if you used two images and a vector mask but a general principle is when you get close to vital areas - reduce the brush size and the opacity to about 25 per cent. Link to comment
oskarpapierz 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Absolutely perfect portrait. Very good composed. Best regards. Link to comment

pfranklin 0 Posted March 8, 2009 I am of course biased in my opinion on this image as I am emotionally attached to these two people. I took hundreds of photos this day and many were of the kids. I like all of them but as I said….attached! I appreciate all the critiques, ratings and your time :) Warm regards, Pamela Link to comment
