Beautiful girl - Pretty blond hair - Background nicely out of focus (this allows the girl to stand out) - Nice separation of subject from the background - Her blond hair almost glows (very good skin tones and contrast) - Nice pleasant expression - Good lighting - She has wonderful posture.

Your composition would be better if you position the girl to her right (she needs to be more centered) - The large silver ball on the end of the armrest is distracting - I'm sure her dress is very nice, but the red showing at he collar and at her thigh draws my attention away from her face - In the lower left corner of the picture is something red that is distracting, as is the blue at the bottom center (when you have mostly subdued colors in a photograph any areas of other colors - especially red - will be a distraction) - Her eyes are not as sharp as they should be (always use manual focus - zoom in and focus on the eye nearest the camera, zoom out and frame the picture - take the picture - always use a tripod when possible).
