syano 0 Posted November 18, 2002 I'm not sure which you'd call the negative space, but I like the way space is divided here. The simple colours make this all about space, and the movement of the water makes it essentially a white/blue area divider. I love this kind of photo. Link to comment
mike_dugan 0 Posted November 20, 2002 Nice... But then again, Oregon makes for an easy place to take pictures. Good work. Link to comment
nick_anderson 0 Posted November 20, 2002 Nice spot.. do you really think that you did it justice? Everything is a little central. Could you have tried getting the water to come from one side of the frame to the other? The foreground is a little bland and the falls themselves look out of focus. Was your depth of field calculation correct? Link to comment
nsvejcar 0 Posted November 22, 2002 Nick, Sorry I didn't put down the techincal aspects of the photo.... The reason why I wasn't able to get greater depth of field is that this shot is handheld at 1/8th of a second at f/8 @ 28mm. I was using my 28-135 Canon EOS Image Stabalized lens. I was on a hike just for fun and hadn't bothered to carry a tripod along. Best Regards, Nathan Link to comment
