chris_rowe1 0 Posted February 23, 2009 This is my first time photographing snowboarding since I got my A350 and I only got to take a few shots because I didn't have much time. Critiques and Comments would be highly appreciated. Thanks, Chris. Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted February 26, 2009 Chris, read your forum post and thought I'd drop in for a visit. These shots look great, but something you might consider trying is to turn on the flash next time. It might seem counter-intuitive given the bright snow scene, but depending on the distance to the snow boarder, you can up the shutter speed and freeze the motion better while giving a more defined subject. The camera's flash should be "smart" enough to give the proper exposure. Even better if you have a hotshoe fash. Link to comment
chris_rowe1 0 Posted February 26, 2009 Thanks for the idea Micheal. I'll be sure to try it when I'm out shooting again. At the moment I don't currently own a hot shoe flash, but I'm sure the pop-up will do :-) Link to comment
