Basically I like the set up or pose.

Just a little thing. With a roundish face and a hair style that makes it even more so, your lighting could help a little by being "narrow light".

Generally narrow light means side of the face that is wider is a little darker. 2.:1 lighting ratio say. In this case it would also mean you need to change the head angle a little.
