If I'm correct, this is not a very large bird. To catch it in flight and have the head this sharp is something you should be proud of. This is not easy to do.

Great shot! it's too bad about the shadow on the left side but you sure have a great head shot here with very good sharpness and details. Coming head shot is the most

difficult in my opinion. :-)

The Rock Kestrel is one of the most beautiful bird I have seen...at least in 'print'(used to have a Limited Edition Art Gallery from our home a few years back) The print I loved was sold out even b4 we received news of it. It was not in FLIGHT...and most images I have seen are when the bird is at rest . You are to be commended on capturing such detail in it's face....or even capturing it in flight. Wonderful.....7/7
