Hi Martin. I love the tones, the wet sidewalk, and the subject here. I think she gets a little lost in the clutter so I'm thinking that perhaps a more straight on view might have worked, or even a few steps closer. I think I'd like to see more of her face too. But I think this has potential.

I love the color pallete in this image. Personally, I think the clutter and the environment offer a bit more details about the subject. My only recommendation would be to crop in tighter. I've added a cropped version of the image to this post.

Interesting image. Like the details on the image that in my view, makes it all the more particulair. To me, the image transmits not just the little laundress, but the whole environment of the street. Cropping it away and you are left with an altogether different image.

 

A great capture and a street snap in the best tradition.
