You know, there are some image you just feel like you could walk right into -- this is one of them. Except, that I don't really want to walk -- I want to lay down on that slope and watch the clouds drift by all day.

 

This really has a wonderful Eden-like quality. Your title is certainly apt.

Extremely excellent landscape Mark. Is this close to Paso Robles? Excellent work and printed large and framed a beautiful enhancement to any wall.

Thanks Camilo, Bilal, Ian and Ken. My apologies for not responding for some time, I have been very busy lately. Ken, this is just outside of Bakersfield. It is on the east side of town not far from highway 58 (about 20 miles before Tehachapi), on the way to Caliente. It is near the beginning of Caliente-Bodfish road!

Superb landscape shot and real eye-candy. When one is looking at this beautiful scenery, does not know where to pay attention because everything is beautiful from the composition until the overall clarity. Excellent colors and impeccable light control while the white peaks in the b/g give a necessary contrast and the final stamp of the quality of this remarkable photo. My congrats for this work. 7/7
