It appears you have merged three different images, and with good effects, to create this that you have displayed. I do like the final results but I find myself wondering what it would look like in black and white. I will have to take a copy of your shot to my computer to find out.

I liked the shot when I first saw it, and then I liked it more when I viewed it larger. However, I do find the bright blue to be a bit distracting and I think it should be toned down a bit. This is my own personal feeling and given the ratings that others have given you, you should probably be inclined to ignore my opinion on this. Nice work.
