Wonderful composition. The trees frame the waterfall perfectly. Good use of a slow shutter speed to blur the waterfall.

But...

The waterfall and the area around it is slightly overexposed and looks washed out. Look at the difference in color and contrast between the foliage framing the waterfall, and the waterfall itself.

To fix this, wait until there's an overcast day. This will compress the contrast of the entire scene and allow you to get a perfect exposure on both the foliage and the waterfall. Don't change the composition one bit though.

Hmm...looked at this photo on my monitor at home (was at work before) and now it looks like haze is the problem rather than overexposure. I still believe that shooting on an overcast day would improve the balance between close and far objects.

Sorry if my previous post caused confusion.

I like the framing, nice mix of colors surrounding the waterfall. Would have been nice if there wasn't a haze between you and the waterfall though. I suppose it might be from the waterfall itself in which case this is about the best you could do.

Very nice! Framing works wonderfully, I like the dulling of more distant colour - more visually interesting and ensures that it is not overpowering.
